Abstract
Todo estudo que envolva qualquer espécie viva do nosso sistema, deve ter como base, o saber diferenciar a Ética da Moral e do Direito. Estas três
áreas do conhecimento se distinguem, porém têm grandes vínculos e até mesmo sobreposições. A seguir serão descritos alguns pensamentos e fundamentações de diferentes autores que se posicionam sobre o que é a Ética, a Moral e o Direito, e suas definições mais usuais, assim como os conceitos usuais da Bioética.
