Now a days, the aesthetics market has been expanding its areas and improving its techniques. According to Banka N, et al (2013) Olsen EA et al. (2003), there is follicular miniaturization and shortening of the duration of the anagen phase of the affected wires, resulting in increased number of telogen strands, resulting in finer wires. It is a hereditary and androgen-dependent condition. The present case study associated the use of the innovative Capilia Longa® active whose action is to reactivate the growth and to reduce the fall restarting and nourishing the hair follicle, integrated to the use of the carboxitherapy that is a technique, where the medical carbonic gas is used carbon dioxide or CO2) injected into the intradermal tissue, stimulating the physiological effects, such as improved circulation and tissue oxygenation. The present case study aims to evaluate the effects of carboxytherapy associated with long capillary as a response for the growth and strengthening of the anagen phase strands in male androgenetic alopecia.
