A influência dos fatores multidimensionais e o neurodesenvolvimento infantill: uma revisão dos efeitos biológicos, ambientais e sociais
Main Article Content
Abstract
The child’s neuropsychomotor development directly depends on the maturation of the central nervous system and the stimulation provided by the environment in which the child lives. This process involves the child gradually acquiring physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills, which are strongly influenced by biological, environmental, and nutritional factors. In this context, the child’s environment plays a fundamental role in their growth and development. This study primarily aims to provide the reader with a clear and evidence-based understanding of these factors, exploring how different areas impact child development. The methodology uses an integrative review, with a careful search for scientific articles published between 2020 and 2024 in the National Library of Medicine (NIH), using descriptors such as "Child Development" and "Growth and Development." The data analysis reveals that nutritional interventions, such as exclusive breastfeeding, promote emotional and motor development. On the other hand, factors like maternal-child supplementation still require further studies for a full assessment of their benefits. Furthermore, family interaction and socioeconomic conditions are also essential for child development. Therefore, we conclude that positive parenting practices, combined with stimulating family environments, are crucial for the child’s holistic development, highlighting the need to provide multidimensional care during childhood.
